personal, and business commercial use in order to seek business

written and signed letters of permission, indicating that they grant
permission of and take responsibility for the minor named in the letter
to use the Web Site, to the address indicated below. User Guidelines
The Web Site is meant to facilitate an open information exchange
between women. To enable that exchange, users are required to adhere to
these Terms of Service, including the following guidelines for users.
Legal Compliance & Posting Limitations. Users must use the Web

and local law and may not post or transmit anything that would give
rise to any civil or criminal liability for any party or otherwise

profile or job application or job description. The one time account
maintenance fee is a "setup" fee and is not refundable. All the

Digital-Women does not preview, screen, edit or monitor the listings or
the resumes or other user content on the Web Site. Digital-Women, its
stockholders, directors, employees, agents and members, have no control
over and take no responsibility for the quality, safety, morality,
desirability or legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or
accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job
opportunities or the ability of candidates to fill job openings, the
hiring, recruiting or other practices of any user. Nothing on the Web
Site shall be deemed to be an endorsement, representation or warranty
by Digital-Women with respect to any user, employer, job applicant or
third party, or the information provided by them. Users are solely
responsible for any and all content that they transmit or post to the
Web Site, or any of its parts, or any communication they transmit to a
user of the Web Site, whether employer or job seeker, via the Web Site,
on the Internet or off-line. Digital-Women considers any information
posted to the Web Site to be non-confidential and non-proprietary.
Digital-Women, its agents and designees, reserves the right to edit or
take down content that violates these Terms of Service or for any
reason whatsoever within Digital-Women's sole discretion. The decision
to edit or take down any content is final, binding and not subject to
debate or refund. Digital-Women further reserves the right not to
modify or take down content in its sole discretion. Grant of Rights By
uploading/posting any content to the Web Site, user automatically
grants Digital-Women the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable,
non-exclusive, transferable right and license to use, reproduce and
modify (to the extent necessary to meet the requirements of the Web
Site), adapt, publish, distribute, translate, create derivative works
in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, without
restriction or compensation. User waives all so-called moral rights in
the posted content. Digital-Women and its agents and designees shall
have the right, but not the obligation, in their sole discretion, to
edit, refuse to post, or to remove any content posted by a user to the
Web Site. Indemnification User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold
harmless Digital-Women, its officers, directors, staff, employees and
agents against and from any third party claims, actions, damages or
