Meadow Stone Farm Gets Set to Offer Farmstead Cheeses

Meadow Stone Farm started with soap, and REALLY, with Annemarie's ice cream. We had too much milk, and decided to make a raw goat milk soap worthy of celebrity status!
>From our beginnings, we've had people ask, "Are you going to do raw milk?" and what about "Cheese?" So we have focused on Aged Cheeses.
After a few years & a few additional goat girls, we've converted an old chicken farm into a goat-heaven, added a Micro dairy (for Grade A Raw Goatmilk), a cheeseroom, an aging room, a smoker, and now we're working on excavation for a cheese cave.
Farmstead cheeses will be ready late this Spring, and our farm visitors have had a taste of what's to come.
Annemarie will also focus on breeding to improve their Registered American Saanen Herd. |
